We may also collect information when you interact with the Site’s or our customer service in order to assist you or maintain or improve the Site.
Remarketing: e-trading academy uses remarketing tracking cookies and conversion pixels from Google, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram, in order to present you with special offers for our products or services over the Google Content Network and via social networks. This may result in you seeing an ad for one of our products or services after you have visited our website. Moreover, e-trading academy also creates custom audiences based on emails of subscribers and customers, in order to present special offers for our products and services via social media and the Google Content Network. However, e-trading academy does not use your personally identifiable information by employing any of the remarketing services, other than to present you special offers from us. When using remarketing, some personal data to identify the user, such as name, email and/or phone number, may be transferred to the provider of the advertising or a social media network (such as Facebook). e-trading academy uses retargeting to both exclude individual persons from retargeting (such as existing users of e-trading academy) and to include individual persons (such as potential new users of e-trading academy).

In that case, other people may receive, collect and use that Information. You should exercise caution when deciding whether to post or disclose any of your Personal Information or any other Information in any chat room or forum, including any public or private chat room or forum on the Site. Please note that Personal Information you have published on any webinar room or forum, may remain publicly available even if you request that such Information be internally deleted by e-trading academy. We will not post your Personal Information in any public webinar rooms or forums.
Information We Do Not Collecte-trading academy is solely an informational and educational platform, providing impersonal advice and education so you can independently trade your own funds and securities. We do not provide investment advisory services or trade securities for the account of others. We are not an investment adviser or broker-dealer, do not provide advice on the value or advisability of your purchases of securities, and do not effect or facilitate transactions or otherwise handle securities or funds of others.
We only communicate with you through the contact information and social media accounts on the Site, We would never give you personalized investment advice, and would never ask you to wire money or to provide access or information on your financial or securities accounts (except for billing purposes as set forth above). Be aware of scams or other imposters asking for this information, they are not from e-trading academy. Collecting personal data based on consents
The collection of personal data based on consent from the data subject will be done by using “Consent Forms” that will store documentation related to the consent given by the individual. Individual consents will always be stored and documented in our systems. We may send digital marketing to persons which have consented, such as marketing per email.

We use personal information for fulfilling our obligations related to contracts and agreements with customers, partners and suppliers.

How long do we keep your personal data?

If any provision of this Policy is found by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitrator to be illegal, void, or unenforceable, the unenforceable provision will be modified so as to render it enforceable and effective to the maximum extent possible in order to effect the intention of the provision; and if a court or arbitrator finds the modified provision invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Policy will not be affected in any way.
